Naureen Ghaffar is an accomplished banking professional, entrepreneur, business consultant, and realtor with extensive experience in corporate banking, business restructuring, financial advisory, institutional collaboration, and real estate.

Before transitioning from banking to entrepreneurship in 2014, she built a distinguished career in the financial sector. Her experience includes involvement in major institutional initiatives, including the amalgamation of Habib Metro Bank, the merger of NIB and Summit Bank Ltd., and management restructuring at Bank Alfalah. She also served for six years as Regional Head North for SME and Commercial Lending, gaining extensive professional experience in both Karachi and Islamabad.

Following her banking career, Naureen established a business consultancy firm focused on helping businesses structure appropriate banking and financing facilities according to their operational requirements. Her extensive banking experience enables her to effectively facilitate negotiations between businesses and financial institutions and help clients establish efficient financial structures.

Naureen is also actively involved in the real estate industry, specializing in prominent developments including DHA, Bahria Town in the Twin Cities and Karachi, and Emaar Pakistan. Her client-focused approach emphasizes understanding individual requirements and identifying suitable opportunities while maintaining professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Her business activities also extend into technology-oriented HVAC projects through collaborations involving EES for Samsung and Clevet, with an emphasis on modern technology, efficiency, human health, and environmental responsibility.

Beyond her commercial activities, Naureen incorporates the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into her professional initiatives, with particular emphasis on SDG 5 – Women’s Economic Empowerment and SDG 13 – Climate Action.

She currently serves as an Executive Member of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), having previously served as Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurs Standing Committee. She is also a member of the Diplomatic Affairs Committee at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and the Memon Leadership Forum – Pakistan Chapter.

Over the past six years, Naureen has played an active role in organizing and supporting several RCCI flagship events, including the International Rawal Expo, All Pakistan Chambers Summit, Gems & Jewellery Expo, ICEE, Build, International Achievement Awards, and International Women’s Day. These engagements have provided her with significant experience in B2B partnerships, institutional collaboration, networking, and stakeholder engagement.

Joining the PAKMLS Board of Governors

Naureen Ghaffar has joined the Board of Governors of PAKMLS, bringing her extensive experience in banking, entrepreneurship, real estate, institutional governance, and business networking to this important industry initiative.

She shares the vision of PAKMLS to establish a transparent, credible, professionally governed, and industry-led non-profit listing platform that brings together real estate agents, agencies, builders, developers, and other industry stakeholders across Pakistan.

Her experience in financial institutions, chambers of commerce, business associations, and the real estate sector will be particularly valuable as PAKMLS develops its governance structure, industry partnerships, professional standards, and national outreach.

As a member of the Board of Governors, Naureen is committed to supporting PAKMLS in promoting transparency, professional ethics, collaboration, women’s participation, and consumer confidence within Pakistan’s real estate industry. She believes that by bringing professionals together on a common platform, PAKMLS can contribute significantly toward modernizing the real estate sector and establishing higher standards of professionalism and trust throughout Pakistan.
