Muhammad Saleem

Founder, Member Board of Governors

Muhammad Saleem is the Founder of PAKMLS (Pakistan Multiple Listing Service), a nonprofit initiative established to bring transparency, professionalism, and cooperation to Pakistan's real estate industry through a member-owned Multiple Listing Service.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, USA, Muhammad Saleem has been actively associated with the real estate industry for more than 15 years. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in residential real estate, brokerage operations, real estate technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and industry best practices adopted in the United States.

Inspired by the success of Multiple Listing Services in North America, he envisioned a similar institution for Pakistan—one that would be owned and governed by real estate professionals rather than operated for private profit. This vision led to the creation of PAKMLS, a nonprofit platform dedicated to serving real estate agents, brokers, builders, developers, and consumers alike through accurate property information, ethical business practices, and greater industry collaboration.

Muhammad Saleem believes that a transparent and cooperative real estate ecosystem is essential for the long-term growth of Pakistan's property sector. Through PAKMLS, he aims to establish a nationally recognized institution that promotes trust, accountability, innovation, and equal opportunities for all industry stakeholders.

His mission is to leave behind a lasting institution that will continue to strengthen Pakistan's real estate profession for generations to come by fostering cooperation, improving consumer confidence, and elevating industry standards to align with internationally recognized best practices.
